This is an awesome product no after aftertaste. I have sever arthritis and it helps me sleep at nigh. I think I will go to the next highest potency as well next time I buy.

I purchased this having read that it could help with anxiety/sleep. I have been taking it for just over a week now and last night I slept for a straight 6 hours. My other anxiety symptoms have also subsided. Loving this product !!
