I order 10 of the 20mg my husband has used them everyday with some relief, I tried one & it gave me sufficient relief. I have ordered 10 more of the 20 for myself & 10 of the 40 mg for my husband to try. I’m hoping that amount will help him.

I put a 40mg patch on my neck when I wake up in the morning on the pain area and leave it on for the day. That and a little bit of CBD oil under the tongue helps me get through the day
