How will my order be packaged?

Your products will be packed in a discreet, smell proof, mylar bag, which is heat and vacuum sealed, and then shipped in a plain, unmarked box. Our method of packaging allows for maximum freshness, odour protection, and privacy from unwanted attention.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order if it has not been sent out yet. Please send us an email at [email protected] with the cancellation request along with your order number.

Can I make changes to my existing order?

Yes, you may make changes to your order if it has not been sent out yet. Please send us an email at [email protected] and let us know the changes you would like to make.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, we only ship within Canada.

What are the shipping options and rates?

We currently offer Canada Post’s Xpresspost (2-4 business days) for $17.95. We offer free shipping to orders with a total of $100 or over.

When will my order ship out?

We ship out orders Monday to Friday. All orders with completed payments received by 9AM PST will be shipped out the same day except on weekends. Any orders placed after 9AM PST will be shipped out the following business day.

Can I ship my package to a local Canada Post post office location?

Yes, you can ship your package to your local Canada Post post office using FlexDelivery.

FlexDelivery is a Canada Post service that allows you to ship your package to one of over 6000 Canada Post Office locations throughout Canada to be picked up by you at your convenience. Register for free on Canada Post to use a FlexDelivery address as your shipping address. This is a great option for those who do not wish to receive delivery at their own residences. What is Safe Drop?

Safe Drop is a delivery option offered by Canada Post. If you have Safe Drop selected with your order, and there is no one at your address to accept delivery, the courier will leave the package in a safe location outside your address such as the backdoor or porch. If Safe Drop is not selected, your package will be brought to a post office near your address, and you will need to go there to pick it up.

Safe Drop offers the convenience of not having to go to the post office to pick up your order if no one is home, but it comes with the small potential risk of theft since the package is left outside. If you would like to add Safe Drop to your order, please select the option under additional shipping options. Learn more about SafeDrop here.

Do you ship with a signature requirement option?
