Purple Urkle is a popular purple cannabis that has been around since the 1980s, and originally grown in what is known as the Emerald Triangle region of Northern California, a place known for its abundance of marijuana farms. Veterans of this group of growers are generally known for keeping quiet on hybrid genetics, so its exact lineage is unclear, but it is assumed Purple Urkle is an offspring of Granddaddy Purple or Mendocino Purps. Taste and smell are consistent with most purple weed strains. The sweet aroma with hints of tropical fruit, grapes, and fruity pebbles is balanced with an earthy skunk. The result is a spacey, relaxing high making this indica excellent for anxiety or insomnia, and also recommended for pain relief.
