I ordered the smaller bottle to try. I cycle on and off to keep the effects powerful. I love taking it for sleep and my anxiety. I use on nights I work the next day. No thc means zero worries. It tastes like oil to me. Nothing much of a taste. I put onto a soup spoon first as I'm afraid of the dropper touching my saliva and spoiling the bottle.

I've been dealing with insomnia and worsening anxiety this year due to the lockdowns and everything else happening in the world, so I decided to give CBD a try, and I have definitely noticed I've been falling asleep much easier and my general mood has gone up slightly.
