This tincture has no taste or smell.
Personally it doesn't have any effect through sublingual absorption even after leaving under my tongue for 15 minutes. However you do feel the effects 2-3 hours after swallowing, and they are significant if you take the full super dose.
You can mix this with any drinks or anything else edible but it takes a really long time to kick in.
